Concept

Brief Description

A brief description of my Idea, Originally I wanted a shed that had the smallest footprint, that had the ability to store everything and satisfies all the clients needs, the shed needs to protect them from the rain and the wind, and especially the sun in summer. I will try to incorporate storing and collecting water, but I feel that having the least impact on the garden is much more important as the Estate collects most of its water at the reservoir on the other side of the hill.
Added Specifications:
  • Smallest Footprint Possible
  • Adaptable for User Needs
  • Doesn't restrict Views
  • Cools and heats without any energy used
  • Materials from site

Visit

We visited the Garden on tuesday 13th October
I was very interesting to find out about all the diverse projects on the site, and what they had to say about the aspects of the project that matter to them, over the last few days I have been designing, a few concepts, that I hope they tick all the boxes, I have been trying to design around the idea of a shed instead of just thinking box storage, trying to save space as they really would like to keep as much flora and forna as possible.
